Diamdisc (diamdisc.com) is the export brand of a diamond tool factory in Linyi, Shandong. Linyi is one of the diamond tool manufacturing centres of China, and the plant makes diamond cutting discs, saw blades and cup wheels from 105 mm angle-grinder discs up to 300 mm blades for cut-off saws.
Diamdisc is the export side of that factory: one sales contact, specifications written in English, and packaging and paperwork prepared for the UK, the EU, Australia, South Africa, India and the Middle East. Your contact is Eric Li, export sales. Production, quality inspection and shipping are handled by the factory team in Linyi.

Four product families, each with the steel core, segment and bond chosen for the material it cuts.
Tile & Porcelain Cutting Discs
Super-thin turbo and continuous-rim discs, 105–230 mm, for porcelain, ceramic and 20 mm paving.
Concrete & Masonry Discs
Laser-welded segmented and turbo blades, 115–300 mm, plus wall chaser blades.
Granite & Stone Blades
Continuous-rim for marble, segmented and turbo for granite, sandstone and quartz.
Grinding Discs & Cup Wheels
Single-row, double-row and turbo cup wheels, 100–180 mm.

300 pieces per standard model. Free samples of standard models before you commit, freight on you.

Laser-etched logo on the steel core at no charge. Printed colour boxes, blister cards and labels to your artwork.
15–25 day lead time
Standard models ship from Qingdao in 15–25 days after deposit. Repeat orders of stock sizes are faster.
Export paperwork done
Certificate of origin, HS code advice, and packaging printed with importer details and batch codes for UK and EU GPSR.

Mixing

Pressing and sintering
Segments cold-pressed, then hot-pressed under heat and pressure.
Laser welding
Segments welded to the core for dry-cutting concrete and stone blades.
Tensioning
Every core tensioned so the blade runs true at full speed.
Laser marking
Size, bore, max speed and your logo etched on the core.
Inspection and packing
Checked against the spec sheet, then packed for your market.
QUALITY
Checked before it leaves Linyi
Every batch is checked for weld strength, run-out and dimensions against the model’s specification sheet, and sample blades are run on the material they are made for. Blades are marked with the maximum operating speed required for sale in the UK and EU.
Free samples let you run your own cutting tests before a first order, and third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, TÜV or your own inspector is welcome at the factory.
